Austin is a commercial real estate finance and business development executive with more than 14 years of institutional experience across the capital stack as a GP, LP, capital partner, and borrower. He has been involved in originating, structuring, and closing over $4 billion in transactions (capital basis) across +4,000 residential units and +5.2 million square feet of commercial and mixed-use projects.

Austin is experienced in strategic planning, development and income acquisitions via various joint-venture equity structures, structured investments, debt and equity recapitalizations, secured and unsecured debt originations, portfolio management, and capital and investor relationship management.

Austin earned his Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington and Georgetown University, respectively. He hails from Texas and Washington D.C. and currently resides outside of Philadelphia with his wife and son.
